How a hoax became a misinformation plan that lead to a Impeachment !

The Ukrainian government had a new election of President Volodymyr Zelensky who had followed a period of corruption throughout the government. The country is currently in a war for Crimea with Russia that invaded it and to help in its defense 390 million of military aid by the U.S.Congress was provided.

The Investigation

The plan was that President Zelensky would make a public statement of the investigation of his countries role in the hacking of the U.S. election and also the attempts by former Vice President Joe Biden to prevent a investigation of his son Hunter who worked for the Burisma energy company. The Hoax contended that the Democratic committee, with the help of the Obama intelligence leaders at CIA, NSA, and DNI, had created a False Flag operation to make the FBI think that Russia had committed an intrusion on the DNC and not Ukraine .
Crowdstrike (www.crowdstrike.com), a U.S. based cybersecurity firm, was thought to have moved the servers to Ukraine as a part of the cover-up. 2.footnote . misinformation matrix ;2,3,4 and 6 .

The Mueller Report (Special Counsel investigation (2017–2019)

The use of misinformation and disinformation is a methodology used by the Russian Intelligence services to cause doubt and confusion, and they are aware of the division caused by the 2016 election.
The Russian intelligence (GRU) are aware that by shifting the blame for the attack on the U.S. election, they will increase the distrust of the U.S. intelligence and help The attempt for Trump’s reelection. The CIA, on 12/09/2016, reported that it discovered that Russia had attacked the country and had stolen data from the DNC and DCC. The DNC hired a cybersecurity company Crowdstrike to resolve the system intrusion them after this attack.

There were other companies also involved in the effort to repair the network and data servers. Fidelis (www.fidelis.com ) and Mandiant (www.fireeye.com). The Russian attack.

In 2015 the Dutch Intelligence Agency (https://english.aivd.nl/) had successfully infiltrated the Russian GRU agency group known as APT29 (COZY BEAR). The group that year attacked the French TV5 network and shut down the signal affecting millions.

The APT29 was under surveillance, and when they acted on the DNC, the Dutch AIVD contacted the CIA. The CIA forwarded to the FBI this information the FBI attempted to contact The DNC, but for more than a month, this failed.

Eventually, the FBI communicated with the DNC about the hack, and Crowdstrike, along with Fidelis and Fireeye Mandiant, all took part in the Forensics.

In 2014 there was a beginning to remove the corruption and those who were members of the government and Oligarchs that owned significant companies. From 2016 -17, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development supplied 425million dollars, and the U.S. provided 204 million dollars and Germany 189.8 million dollars.

The E.U. has consistently made a requirement of progressive improvements in corruption, a priority.
In 2014 President Viktor Yanukovych, as a part of the Ukrainian revolt, fled to Russian and left his office. Petro Poroshenko became the next President, but this did not deter the number of economic sanctions installed by the E.U. and the U.S. due to corruption in Ukraine.

President Poroshenko, in 12/07/2015, had a meeting with Vice President Biden, and he demanded that Prosecutor Sholkin be removed before the Obama White House would provide the funding. President Poroshenko fired Prosecutor Sholkin, and the NABU (national anti-corruption bureau of Ukraine ) began in training with the FBI and the E.U. he removed Ihor Kolomoisky, the Governor of Dnipropetrovsk, for corruption. Nevertheless, none of his efforts would save him in the 2019 election.

It appeared that Rudy Giuliani working for President was attempting to promote that an investigation needed to begin on the relationship between Vice President Biden and his son and the DNC server connection to the 2016 election.
Giuliani, along with his team of Lev Parnas and Igor Furman, traveled to Ukraine, meeting with prosecutors. They were looking to find information, and eventually, determined that the Ambassador Masha Yovanovitch of Ukraine must be removed.

In July of 2019, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, at the requested Yovanovitch, removed and reported that an investigation into the Biden’s would begin and also an examination into the 2016 election. President Poroshenko installed Yuri Lutsenko as the new Prosecutor General of Ukraine he would continue to fight with the U.S. ambassador Maria Yovonivich’s anti-corruption list. Prosecutor Lutsenko faced charges of failing to create criminal cases in Ukraine and following the U.S. benchmarks.

Prosecutor Yuri Lutsenko, while working with Giuliani made claims of corruption by Hunter Biden and Vice President Biden. However, later, he changed his story about Hunter Biden after meetings with Giuliani but in 2019 President Zelensky removed him from his office.

Conclusion :
On November 14, the U.S. Congress will begin Impeachment regarding extortion and bribery with Ukraine and President Trump. Rudolph Giuliani and his team plotted to claim that the Hunter Biben and Joe Biden took money from the country. The President wanted an investigation of the Biden’s and that the DNC worked with Crowdstrike to make it appear that Ukraine attacked and not Russia.

Ukraine’s ambassador Maria Yovanovitch was attacked and removed as a result of fabricated content, false context, and manipulated content, all of which are a part of misinformation. President Trump and several members of the Republican party have persisted in the belief of a false flag operation to blame Russia, which he hopes to prove that any attempts to remove him from office are a part of a subversive attack. (Misinformation methods: 1, 4, 6. )

The Ukrainians need continued military support to fight Russia, but it is a nation strangled by corruption in business and government.

President Zelensky has to balance his relationship with the U.S. However, America is a divided nation with a President facing removal from office, and even if he remains, he may still have this label. Russia will remain as a primary threat to the 2020 election unless the U.S. finds a way to control the impact of misinformation and Cyber Propaganda.
